Kinazi Cassava Flour Rwanda 2 kg: the cassava used to process this flour has been grown by Rwandese farmers using hand held tools in the Land of Thousand Hills.  Care has been taken to maintain the highest hygienic standards possible to ensure that you and your family enjoy our high qualtiy product.

Nutritional information: nutritional content per 100 mg of edible portion:

  • Starch: 71% 
  • Fat (g): 1,2%
  • Proteins (g): 1,4%
  • Fiber (g): 2,7%

How to prepare: serve in minutes

  • Step1: 1 cup of flour needs about 2 cups of water
  • Step 2: carefululy and slowly pour the flour into boiling water while vigorously mixing to avoid any lumps forming.
  • Step 3: you will note that it rapidly thickens to a stiff consistency. Keep mingling and turning for 3-7 minutes
  • Step 4: Yummuy!!! Serve hot. It can be served with beef, chicken stes, fish or fresh cooked vegetables.

Store in a cool dry place  away from contamination.

  • Hydrocyanic acid content: less than 10 Ppm
