is a product of high quality internationally recognized. Very low in fat, rich in minerals such as iodine, iron, calcium and vitamins, especially vitamin B. As the cod was dried and salted it must be desalinated and rehydrated before consumption. It must be immersed in water, after this operation, it will return to its original consistency and flavor. Salt cod keeps very well. The salt cod is available in different formats and presentations.
